Login and Account Access

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Where to log in

Sign in to Alpaca Health at secure.alpacahealth.io. Enter your email address and password and select Continue.

If your organization set you up with Google, you can also choose Sign In with Google instead of typing a password. Use whichever method you originally used to create your account.

I can't log in

If you're having trouble signing in, work through these checks first:

  • Confirm you're using the same email address your organization invited. If you have more than one work email, try the other one.

  • Check for typos, extra spaces, and Caps Lock in your password. Select Show in the password field to see what you've typed.

  • If you see Invalid email or password. Please try again., your email and password don't match. Reset your password using the steps below.

  • If you normally use Google to sign in, use the Sign In with Google button rather than entering a password.

Still stuck? Reach the Alpaca support team at support@alpacahealth.io or (917) 341-1803, and they can confirm your account is active and help you back in.

If you were never able to set a password

New accounts are created from an invite link sent by your organization. If you never finished setting up your account, ask your organization admin to resend your invitation, or run the password reset below using your work email.

Reset your password

You can reset your password yourself at any time. You'll only ever enter a new password on Alpaca's official reset screen, reached through the link in the email we send you.

  1. On the login page, select Forgot Password?

  2. Enter your email address and select Reset Password. You'll see a confirmation that reads Password Reset Request Submitted — "If an account exists for this email address, we've sent password reset instructions. Please check your inbox."

  3. Open the password reset email and click its link. This opens the Reset Password screen.

  4. Enter your New password, then re-enter it under Confirm password. When they match, you'll see a green "Passwords match." confirmation.

  5. Select Reset Password. On success you'll see Password reset successfully! and be returned to the login page to sign in with your new password.

Your new password must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long

  • Contain at least one uppercase letter

  • Contain at least one lowercase letter

  • Contain at least one number

If your reset link doesn't work

Password reset links are time-limited and single-purpose. If the Reset Password screen shows This Link is expired or Invalid link, select the Reset Password link shown in that message to request a fresh email, then use the newest link in your inbox. Requesting a new reset makes any earlier links stop working, so always use the most recent email.

Change your name or email

Your name and email live on your user profile. Open your profile page, then in the User Information section select Edit to open the Edit User Information panel.

  • Update First Name and Last Name as needed.

  • Update Email in the same panel. Note the warning shown there: your email is what you use to log in, so changing it changes how you sign in.

  • Select Update to save. Your changes take effect right away.

After you change your email, sign in going forward with the new address (your password stays the same). If you don't see an option to edit your own information, your organization admin can update your name or email for you.
