My Supervision Received

My Supervision Received is your personal view of the supervision you got while delivering direct therapy — shown as a share of the hours you worked. Use it to track your own BACB supervision compliance, where the monthly requirement is 5.0% of hours worked.

It only shows your numbers — not your clients' or your team's — so you can check where you stand for any month at a glance.

Where to find it

In the left sidebar, scroll to the Account group near the bottom.

Click My Supervision Received (the shield icon).

Reading your numbers

The page opens on This month. The header restates your target: “…as a share of the hours you worked · BACB monthly requirement is 5.0%.”

  • Pick a date range using the presets along the top: This month, Last month, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, QTD, YTD, or the calendar picker for a custom range.

Note: Totals are computed per calendar month, so a custom range snaps to whole-month boundaries.

  • Narrow the view with the two drop downs on the right: All supervisors (limit to one supervisor) and All supervisor roles (limit to one role).

  • Read your result in the card below — your supervised hours measured against the 5% target for the range you selected.

  • Export for your records by clicking Export dates (CSV) on the right, just under the filters.

What counts (and what doesn't)

  • Only signed session notes count — drafts and unsigned notes are not included.

  • A supervision session counts once your supervisor's note is signed and linked to the session you ran.

  • Totals refresh overnight, so sessions from today show up tomorrow.

  • If a month looks empty, widen the date range — you may be looking before the activity happened.

If you see “No clinician record for your account”

This message means your login isn't linked to a clinician in this organization, so there are no supervised hours to show.

  • Confirm you're in the right organization (check the org name at the top; switch if you belong to more than one).

  • If it's still unexpected, contact an administrator at your organization to link your account to your clinician record.

FAQs

Why is my page empty for this month?

Most likely nothing has been signed and linked yet, or you're looking at a range with no activity. Remember totals refresh overnight, so today's sessions appear tomorrow — and try widening the date range.

What's the difference between this and “Client & Clinician Supervision”?

My Supervision Received is only about you — the supervision you received as a supervisee. Client & Clinician Supervision is the oversight dashboard for tracking other people's compliance (clients and clinicians across the org).

How is the percentage calculated?

It's your supervised hours as a share of the hours you worked delivering direct therapy, computed per calendar month. The BACB monthly requirement is 5.0%.
